Westover Wednesdays Launches Marketplace

When it comes to food trucks, we subscribe to the idea that no news is bad news. Well, it looks like we’ve got some good news.

Westover Wednesdays, the food truck meetup on second Wednesdays (usually; more on that below) at the Westover Hills Presbyterian Church in the Heights, just upped the game. With the emergence of so many meetups across the city, Westover decided to spice things up by transforming into the Westover Wednesday Marketplace.

These Marketplace meetups will now feature local favorite food trucks alongside other vendors, live entertainment and more fun. Here’s the lineup so far.

Food trucks:

  • Hot Rod Wieners featuring Loblolly Creamery
  • Waffle Wagon
  • Katmandu MoMo
  • The Beast
  • Southern Salt Food Company
  • Fathead BBQ
  • Honey Pies

Vendors:

March kicks off the Westover Wednesdays Marketplace season, but as we alluded above, this month will de a little different than most. Instead of meeting on the second Wednesday, the inaugural Marketplace will take place on the third Wednesday, March 16, in order to avoid bad weather.

The fun and good eats last from 5-8 p.m. For updates and more information, follow Westover Wednesdays on Facebook.
