Perry L. Wilson

Perry L. Wilson is a partner at RMP Law. Wilson concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and he focuses on working with family-owned and closely-held businesses. While RMP is an Arkansas law firm with offices across the state, Wilson represents families and businesses not only in Arkansas, but across the country.
Wilson is the current president of the Economics Arkansas Foundation and previous chairman of the board of directors for Economics Arkansas. Additionally, Wilson served as the chairman of the board of trustees for Lyon College from 2012-2023. Wilson was selected to the Arkansas Business class of 40 Under 40 in 2011 and was included in the publication’s “Arkansas 250” in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023.
