Susan Dabbs Pomtree is in her 33rd year of law practice, primarily in the area of personal injury, and is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
She and her husband Neal have continued the family firm started by her father William Dabbs, whose legal practice spanned 50 years.
Pomtree, and her family before her, have been helping Arkansans injured in automobile collisions, slip and falls, nursing home negligence and wrongful death claims since 1955. While the practice of personal injury law has become increasingly complicated over the years, Pomtree has chosen to continue practicing in this area because people need help navigating injury claims more now than ever. She feels blessed to further her family’s legacy by continuing to assist the children and grandchildren of her father’s original clients.
When not working, Pomtree enjoys time spent with her family, three rescue cats and her geriatric dog. She loves travel and participating in anything that assists animals. She has also served as a reserve deputy for the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office since 2016.
