Mann & Kemp, PLLC, located in downtown Little Rock, was founded by Angela Mann and Harrison Kemp. The firm has grown significantly since opening in 2017 with a single office and a single desk. The attorneys at Mann & Kemp are known for their focus on high-conflict cases, including divorce, custody and civil matters. They are committed to advocating for their clients and, as a result, have been repeatedly distinguished as leaders in their field.
Harrison Kemp
Harrison Kemp started the firm with the goal of providing the highest-quality legal representation in the state. Having worked in Arkansas courts since 2008, Kemp has successfully litigated a wide range of cases, including construction law, personal injury, family law and civil disputes.
Kemp has lived in Arkansas his entire life and is dedicated to the state and its people. In his practice at Mann & Kemp, he provides his clients with the hard work, legal knowledge, respect and courtroom success needed to be effective.
Angela Mann
Angela Mann embraces the challenges that come with practicing family law. She recognizes that most people hire attorneys during a time of uncertainty and conflict. Mann provides her clients with the strength, understanding and honesty needed to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
Mann has been recognized many times for her excellence in family law. She has presented domestic relations case law for multiple organizations, including the Arkansas Bar Association, and has helped guide legislation impacting Arkansas families.
Joei L. Cherry
Joei Cherry is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and California and is a member of both states’ bar associations. Her practice is primarily focused on domestic relations litigation, including divorce and custody matters. She also handles guardianships and adoptions.
Cherry strongly advocates for her clients, inside and outside the courtroom. She obtained a B.S. in psychology from Indiana University. Her background in psychology is valuable in providing insight into opposing parties and in being empathetic to her clients.
