We don’t know about you, but the nicer temps have us feeling a little inspired to get out into our gardens. Well, it might also have something to do with all the weeds brought on by days of rain, but we’ll take it.
If you thought you were inspired then, meet Georgia Pellegrini. She gardens, she harvests, she travels and she provides. In short, she’s pretty incredible. A motto of hers is “Self-sufficiency is the ultimate girl power.”

(And yes, that’s a hawk on her arm.)
Georgia is the author of three bestselling books, is behind Adventure Getaways and has been featured in publications like The New Yorker, the Chicago Tribune and The London Times, and TV shows like “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “The Today Show” and “Iron Chef America.”
She calls her way of life “modern pioneering” and she’s bringing it to Little Rock this weekend. Hosted by South on Main, this four-part event/pop-up shop is equal parts elbow grease and indulgence. Take a look at the schedule.
