Your Go-To Guide for Celebrating New Year’s in Little Rock

If you’re looking to take full advantage of the party scene in Little Rock this New Year’s Eve, we’ve taken the liberty of compiling a few of the events going on around the capital city. 

Wind Down 2014 at Little Rock Marriott, 3 Statehouse Plaza, Little Rock: The Marriott’s party will be going into the wee-morning hours of Jan. 1. The part is hosted by Alice 107.7 and entertainment includes Chris Henry, Almost Infamous, Midsouth Soul Revival and DJ-Hipnotik. Tickets are $30 through Christmas Eve and $40 after. If you plan on staying the night, the Marriott has room packages starting at $189, which includes two tickets to the party. The Party at Cache at Cache Restaurant, 425 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock: Big, big things will be happening at Cache this New Year’s Eve. The dining room will offer a four-course dinner with seating options at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person, and include entry into the signature event. Alcohol is not included in the ticket price. Call 850-0265 for reservations. At 8 p.m., Cache is hosting a party in its upstairs lounge, featuring music from Party Planet. Party Like It’s 1925 at Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro, 17711 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock: If you’re looking to step in the time machine for a trip back to the 1920s, Ya Ya’s is your place. The night will include live music from Jeremy Shrader’s Hot Memphis Three, in addition to a prixe fixe menu and ala carte. There will be ’20s themed drinks, dancing and costumes. New Year’s Eve at The Joint, 301 Main St., Suite 102, North Little Rock: The party starts at 7:30 p.m. at The Joint. The original comedy, “A Fertle Holiday,” will keep you rolling as you enjoy a catered meal, complimentary champagne and live music by Secondhand Cannons. Tickets are $50 per person. NYE at 109 & Co., 109 Main St., Little Rock: What a better way to enjoy the New Year than at Little Rock’s new speakeasy bar? 109 & Co. will have drink specials all night long. Those include classic cocktails like Negroni, Boulevardier and Manhattan for $8. The bar’s signature cocktail, 43 Decatur, will also be $8. Happy Hour specials will go all night. “Downton Abbey” New Year’s Eve Celebration at The Empress of Little Rock, 2120 Louisiana St., Little Rock: Following tradition, The Empress will have it’s “Downton Abbey” celebration, complete with a gourmet scattered meal, paired with complimentary wines. The event, which begins at 8 p.m., includes dancing, entertainment and a champagne toast at midnight. It’s a black-tie event with limited seating, so call for reservations at 374-7966, or visit here. Tickets are $250 per couple, or get special rates with the Romantic Getaway packages.
