Just a little while longer, shoppers!
Our sister publication, Arkansas Business, reported Tuesday that work has begun on the site of Outlets at Little Rock.
The outlet mall, located at Gateway Town Center near Bass Pro Shops, is planned to be 325,000-SF and offer about 75 shops. It’s scheduled to open next summer. Hopefully, we can wait that long!
The development company did not disclose any tenants, but told Arkansas Business that shoppers could expect something similar to its outlet mall in West Palm Beach, Florida. That mall, Palm Beach Outlets, offers women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, in addition to shoes, sports and fitness, jewelry, home furnishings, and health and beauty stores.
Some of the stores include Chico’s, Dressbarn, LOFT, New York & Co., Cole Haan, Haggar Clothing Co., Men’s Wearhouse, Calvin Klein, GAP, Kenneth Cole, Saks Fifth Avenue, Carter’s, The Children’s Place, Nike and Kitchen Collection.
It’s time to get excited, Little Rock!
