Women’s Wellness 2026: Why Women’s Nutrition is Unique

Weight & Nutrition – Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center

The Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center offers personalized programs to help you lose weight, manage chronic conditions and improve your health. This multidisciplinary team of advanced nurse practitioners and registered dietitians uses your unique metabolic profile to provide easy-to-follow plans combining dietitian-recommended protein products with fresh produce.

To help you adopt sustainable habits, they focus on portion control and healthy food selections, occasionally incorporating weight loss medications when appropriate.

How often do you see clients?

Visits start monthly with our dietitian and nurse practitioner to ensure a strong foundation in the new processes started for each patient. Once progress is shown, we spread out the visits to every few months.

What type of patients do you see?

We see all types of women in our practice. Patients wanting to lose weight, learn how to make better food choices or dealing with chronic medical conditions are the ideal fit for our practice.
