In light of its 25th anniversary, the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas is joining forces with Little Rock Soirée magazine to publish a list of the Top 100 Women of Arkansas, highlighting women across the state for their career accomplishments and commitment to leadership in business and their communities.
The list, which is currently accepting nominations, is a revival of a publication that helped launch the WFA and will feature a range of well-known executives, up-and-coming names and behind-the-scenes devotees.
“This year marks 25 years since our founding by a group of 100 leading women who were bold enough to pave their own way to success and help open the doors for more women in positions of power and authority,” WFA CEO Anna Beth Gorman says. “As we look towards our future, we are proud to pay homage to these trailblazers while also celebrating the next generation of fearless women who are taking action and helping us in our mission to promote the economic mobility of Arkansas women and girls.”
The list will be featured in a special publication by Little Rock Soirée in September, and honorees will also be celebrated at WFA’s 2023 Power of the Purse luncheon.
“We are proud to partner with the WFA to revive such a monumental list recognizing incredible women from all over the state,” Soirée Publisher Mandy Richardson says. “Since its establishment 25 years ago, the WFA has become both the convener and catalyst for resources to support girls and women in Arkansas. Now is the chance for even more Arkansans to get involved by honoring a woman of ingenuity and ambition they know.”
Nominations close on March 17. Click here to learn more and submit.
Editor’s note: The Top 100 Women of Arkansas list is a separate entity from Soirée‘s annual Women to Watch, a special promotion published each June.
