Tiffany Webb O’Dwyer

I am principal broker and owner of Modern Realty Group that was formed March 20, 2017. I partnered with Tracie Walker and Bill Williams who co-own with me to start a local real estate firm that provides options to sellers. We have a unique approach to the real estate market when assisting sellers. We have different listing strategies that save our clients money and helps sellers to use their equity towards their next home or investment. It’s about helping others and that is it. We have been extremely fortunate in our success in the last year!

PRESSING QUESTIONS

Best career moment so far:

Getting my brokers license and starting my own company. I never saw myself being in a leadership role, but I think I am pretty good at it. Driving down the street and seeing our sign in someone’s yard was surreal.

Most rewarding part of my job:

Helping a first-time homebuyer that thought they would never be able to buy a home. Those are my favorite to work with!

Best advice I ever received:

Stay in today! Don’t look back and don’t look forward. We can’t change the past or predict the future.

How I knew this was my passion:

When I sold my home in 2009 in one week, that’s when I knew I wanted to work as a realtor.

My role model:

My grandmother, JoAnn Webb, is my role model. She taught me what unconditional love was and made me feel like I could do anything I wanted to in life.

How I define success:

When I set a goal and I meet it! The goal can be big or small, but when you get there and it feels good, that is success!

If I could lunch with any woman, it would be:

Oprah Winfrey. I love her story. She wasn’t set up in life to succeed but she did!

Favorite part of living in Little Rock:

It has a small town feel but it still has big city amenities.
