Little Rock’s fantastic aesthetic, wonderful people, accessible arts, music, entertainment and philanthropic endeavors enrich our lives every day. Having the opportunity to own a boutique real estate agency offering concierge real estate service with expertise, professionalism and creativity is a dream come true. My husband and I are grateful to be a part of this incredible community through the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation and Easter Seals Arkansas, and are privileged to spread the word of the missions of these two fantastic organizations that have dramatically impacted so many lives.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
How did you know this is what you wanted to do?
Great story; It was actually my husband who knew it before I did. He said, “Someone that LOVES houses as much as you should sell real estate.” It had never crossed my mind, but as usual, he was spot on!
Best moment of your career so far?
After eight wonderful years assisting central Arkansas buyers and sellers with their home ownership dreams, the day the Chamber of Commerce hosted the ribbon cutting for Desselle Real Estate was momentous! Celebrating that day with clients and friends was unforgettable!
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Having the profound privilege of stepping into a very intimate part of peoples lives as they buy or sell a home. Being trusted with their best interests and outcome is an incredible honor and so very gratifying.
What is a typical workday like for you?
No two days, no two houses, and no two buyers or sellers are ever the same. I LOVE that about real estate. The variability and unpredictability invigorates me and keeps me on my toes. Each transaction teaches me something new!
If you could have lunch with any woman, who would it be and what would you order?
I would love to have one last lunch with my grandmother who died when my children were little. I would order HER homemade chicken salad and ask her to share her greatest lessons she learned over her 91 years.
Best advice you've ever received?
We have all heard these tenets throughout our lives, but they are just so true and I think of them every day: Always do the right thing; Treat others the way you would like to be treated; Follow your dreams!
Favorite part of living in Little Rock?
When I moved to Little Rock from Dallas in 2006, one thing became profoundly clear. Everywhere you go, strangers smile, say hello and offer a helping hand. This is a relatively large city that still thinks it's a small town!
How do you define success?
When you wake up every day looking forward to the day, loving what you do and being able to make a difference in people's lives, you have success beyond measure. Treasured family and friends are the best ingredients of success!
