One practice I use to maintain my mental health
I meditate as a practice to maintain my mental health. Impact work is busy, so finding time to calm my mind, quiet my spirit and connect with God are powerful.

As a macro-focused social worker, I care about a variety of issues and philanthropy appreciates and demands the ability to focus on multiple causes simultaneously.
