I started as an accountant at Ledger, but quickly found myself pulled into the operations side and fell in love with it. Through working closely with Evo, I was introduced to Workflow, which felt like a natural next step. Today, I help build and shape a space that’s both a furniture showroom and a living, breathing coworking environment.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
How I knew this was my passion
Growing up with small business-owner parents, I saw firsthand opportunities out of reach. Coworking gives businesses access to resources they couldn’t access alone.
Best advice I ever received
Find mentors, even if they’re outside your field. Having someone you can lean on for guidance makes a huge difference in navigating your career.
The one thing I wish people knew about my field
It’s not just about space. It’s about meeting people where they are and helping them find what they need.
The first thing I do to course-correct when I hit a wall
Shift my perspective and put myself in others’ shoes, focus on how a solution might serve someone else rather than how the work impacts me.
Best career moment so far
Seeing the moment it clicks for someone, when they walk into a space and realize how much coworking can support their business.
Nonprofit I wish more people knew about
Big Brothers Big Sisters. I believe in the impact of having someone pour into you. I wish more families enrolled their kids and more adults stepped up to mentor.
Biggest challenges in my career
Coworking is still a new concept, so many people don’t understand it. I’ve had to step into the role of educating others on what it is and why it’s valuable.
What I learned from my first job
I started at Eddie Bauer at 16, where my manager taught me no job is too small. Every great leader I’ve had since shares that mindset.
What keeps me coming back to my job every day
Meeting new people, learning their stories and becoming a part of them by getting to meet their needs with what we provide.
