I am a partner at The Woman’s Clinic in Little Rock and practice obstetrics and gynecology at Baptist Medical Center. I finished my medical training in 2011 and joined this practice shortly after. I have loved growing a practice and helping women through all phases of life.

Becoming the first female partner of The Woman's Clinic in 2015.
A skill I never expected to need in this field
I did not anticipate in medical school that I would be running a business while also being a doctor. I am lucky to have a wonderful support staff.
Best advice I ever received
Always do the right thing and never take shortcuts you will regret later.
The first thing I do to course-correct when I hit a wall
Alone time to organize my thoughts. I love making a list and getting all of my thoughts and ideas on paper. I still use a paper calendar!
How I knew this was my passion
I love the variety our field has to offer and that we get to help women during some of the most formative times in life.
One practice I use to maintain my mental health
I have started taking one day a week off to do things with my kids and help keep our family running smoothly. This helps so much at work and home.
My first job and what it taught me
I have worked in many areas of health care such as phone operator, pharmacy clerk, nurse assistant and finally a doctor. This makes me appreciate the village who support my career.
Nonprofit I wish more people knew about
National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Team Teal and always my favorite, Ozark Mission Project
