As director of engagement and inclusion, I am responsible for the overall strategy of Acxiom’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness) Council, which works to advance Acxiom’s DEI strategies. I create an engaging workplace culture that drives inclusivity, innovation, collaboration, teamwork and appreciation for associates. I build partnerships with organizations and community leaders to change the communities where we live.

DEI starts with having empathy, respect, kindness and showing humanity to others. It's really that simple.

I pause and direct my attention to a fun craft project to allow myself time to clear my head and refocus.
