Being a wife, mother, family member and friend prepared me for being a real estate agent because I’ve learned to listen not just with my head, but with my heart. Buying or selling a home involves transition, and it is most people’s largest investment. Clients trust me to help make critical home-buying decisions because I get to the heart of their needs. Working at The Janet Jones Company, where agents rank in the top 1% of sales in the nation, grounds my efforts in 40 years of expertise and experience.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
What makes Little Rock feel like home
Generations of my family have loved calling Little Rock home. I had 19 wonderful years in Searcy, but Little Rock's people, diversity, industries, businesses, medical facilities, attractions and river trails make it easy for me to feel at home.
Best advice I ever received
Forward, always.
How I knew this was my passion
It never feels like a job. Working with all different kinds of people and homes is so much fun!
Best career moment so far
Happy to say I can't pick just one. Highlight? Selling a house the morning of my wedding day.
Nonprofit I wish more people knew about
St. Mark's Episcopal Church Food Pantry. It's the hands and feet of Jesus to this community. When the pandemic closed many doors, they quickly transformed into a safe drive-through model, added volunteers and increased their ability to serve.
I wish someone told me at the start of my career
What joy I would find when I know someone's heart feels at home in a house.
A skill I never expected to need in this field
Creativity. At my core, I'm a creative person. Thinking through people's needs, negotiating contracts, evaluating the current market, looking at comps, addressing home repair issues, staying within client budgets, considering clients' overall financial situations, meeting deadlines, connecting people, marketing homes all allow me to use my creativity.
