As principal broker and co-owner of The Property Group, I have been honored to help grow the company into a thriving boutique real estate brokerage. Since opening six years ago, we’ve maintained a focus on developing top-tier agents with the highest potential and professionalism. My role with The Property Group allows me the opportunity to work directly with our agents to make sure clients have the best home buying and selling experiences, start to finish. From negotiating contracts to developing marketing plans, teamwork is the core of our company culture.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
Best advice I ever received:
Keep smiling and always do the right thing, even when it’s hard. The rest will follow.
Most rewarding part of my job:
Watching the real estate agents with The Property Group grow their careers and discover the same love that I found for this industry. Their excitement and passion for helping our clients is contagious.
How I define success:
Finding joy and satisfaction in helping others. Whether working with a client to find a new home, guiding an agent through a deal or giving back to the community, taking time to help others reach their goals is a win-win.
Best career moment so far:
The Property Group was recently recognized as the 2018 Outstanding Corporate Volunteer of the Year for our work with Arkansas Foodbank. I’ve never been more proud of my co-workers and our shared commitment to our community.
Advice for my 18-year-old self:
Have more fun and study less. Kidding! But really, don’t take life so seriously.
How I knew this was my passion:
I’ve always been attracted to opportunities that allow me to problem-solve and create. When my business partner, Robert Klein, suggested we partner to open a real estate company where I would serve as principal broker, I was all in.
My typical workday:
In real estate and as a business owner, work hours include many evenings and weekends, so I give myself the luxury of sleeping until 7 a.m. After that, no day is typical, but always involves client meetings and helping our agents.
Favorite part of living in Little Rock:
The size. You can go out one night and bump into a handful of familiar faces, and the next night not recognize a single person in the room. There are always new places to explore, but it still feels like home.
