For more than 14 years, I have led business operations in nonprofit, higher education and corporate sectors. In 2022, I became the first Black state director of AARP Arkansas and one of the youngest in AARP’s 67-year history. At AARP Arkansas, I advocate for the 50-plus community, focusing on caregiving, digital equity, retirement savings, fair utility rates and developing livable communities.
