From a career beginning as an environmental scientist, I knew I was equipped to do more for CTEH LLC. CTEH is an environmental consulting firm that applies science and technology to resolve complex environmental, health and safety challenges. As the senior manager of business affairs, I am responsible for assisting and supporting all divisions and operations by providing strategic support that mutually benefits our customers and the company.

Heart and Soles is a nonprofit with a mission to raise awareness surrounding philanthropy through curating unique experiences and providing footwear to underprivileged and low-income families in central Arkansas.

Be your authentic self. No one can play the role of you better than you.

The one thing I wish people knew about my field

Environmental injustice is a critical social justice issue that demands our attention. We must ensure equity in all environmental matters and advocating for this cause is important.

Best career moment so far

Being able to position other women for success. Representation matters. I aim to be the change I want to see through mentorship and sharing job opportunities within our company.

What I learned from my first job

I learned to intentionally ask for what I wanted and go for what I truly desired - which in turn, taught me the power in knowing my value.

What keeps you coming back to my job every day

I love my co-workers, as well as the excitement of bringing innovative ideas to the table in effort to better serve our clients and the environment in which we live.

How I knew this was my passion

This career grants me the opportunity to meet people, travel to different places and stretch myself in the work environment. I am a better person because of it.
