The second annual Women Make Arkansas Market hosted by Et Alia Press will look a bit different this year. But it is happening — virtually. The market will take place on Thursday, April 30, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a Women Make Arkansas Market Facebook Event page.
Erin Wood, owner and director of Et Alia Press, narrowed down this year’s virtual vendors to 40 women creatives of all types. Vendors include chefs, jewelry makers, musicians, yogis, artists, writers and many more.
While in-person markets are ideal, Wood has asked all vendors to create a short video that tells their story and showcases some of their work. The videos will be posted throughout the day on the Facebook event page. If you see items you like, vendors will be ready to ship them straight to you.

And speaking of local creatives, Soirée is giving away an awesome self-care basket from area makers — including a copy of “Women Make Arkansas” from Et Alia Press. Click here for more info on how to enter.
