Setting the stage for its upcoming Arkansas Woman of Inspiration event, the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Arkansas kicked off celebrations with a VIP reception at the Governor’s Mansion to thank supporters and celebrate this year’s honorees, Susan Hutchinson and Jordyn Wieber.
