Shelley McMillon was the recipient of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Arkansas’ annual Woman of Inspiration Award for her work toward effective change in bettering the lives of children across the state. Rep. DeAnn Vaught received the Blue Ribbon Award, which goes to a victim of trauma abuse who works to bring awareness to the topic of child abuse and neglect. The luncheon was chaired by Heather McKim and Charles Redfield and featured a fashion show by Barbara/Jean.
