Cue the drool.
The Winthrop Rockefeller Institute has released its 2015 culinary calendar. After the success of the 2014 program, the Institute mixed in some crowd favorite with some whole new experiences in next year’s lineup.
The Basic Training and Made From Scratch classes are back with a wide variety of demonstration-only workshops. Executive Chef Robert Hall (pictured above) will be spearheading the classes, and guests can expect everything from sourdough and Caribbean food to knife skills and chowder tips.
Both Made From Scratch classes and Basic Training classes will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesdays in 2015. Click here for a full schedule.
The highest demand in 2014, however, was the Table for Two class, and for obvious reasons. The class offers an overnight mountain getaway in addition to a culinary date night. Guests will not only presents how to cook the night’s entrée, but also sharpen their culinary skills under Cheff Hall’s guidance.
Because every 2014 Table for Two class had a waiting list, it will be offered at least 21 times in 2015, each with a different meal.
And just to get your tastebuds flowing, here’s the lineup for the 2015 Table for Two sessions:
January 16 – Filet Mignon with Mushroom Wine Sauce
January 30 – Pan Seared Scallops on Linguini
