“More Southern flavor than you can shake a catfish at.”
Yep, you have our attention.
That’s the tagline attached to the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute‘s upcoming chef’s tasting dinner on April 25. Robert Hall, WRI culinary director and certified executive chef, will host his Chef’s Tasting Dinner:A Taste of Southern Comfort as part of the culinary program series.
You want to know what’s on the menu? Of course you do.
Guests will enjoy samples of 21 dishes such as blackened catfish, fried green tomatoes, to-die-for Mississippi mud cake and more, complete with the perfect wine pairings to sip. (We’re dying to know what they pair with the mud cake.)
Tickets come in pairs and include an overnight stay and continental breakfast the following morning. To register or for more information, click here or call 501-727-5435.
