Wildwood’s Art in the Park Kicks Off New Exhibit

The latest Art in the Park exhibit puts the shining talents of UALR on display at Wildwood Park.

More than 30 alumni, students and faculty members from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock are all featured in this new show. Guests will enjoy a wide range of pieces and media, everything from student Amanda Hubbard’s paintings and professors Mia Hall and Eric Mantle’s furniture design and sketches.

To celebrate the exhibit, Wildwood Park for the Arts will host a reception on Thursday, Jan. 15, at 6 p.m. in their north and south lobbies. The event is free of charge, so go get a look at the brand new show and enjoy some wine and refreshments while you’re at it.

If you can’t make the reception, don’t worry. The show continues through Feb. 15, so you have plenty of time to see it. Check it out on weekdays from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., or on weekends, 12-4 p.m.

Wildwood Park for the Arts is located at 20919 Denny Road. Find more information here or by calling (501) 821-7275.
