Lucky for you, local theaters and events are offering just that throughout the month of October. Get into the Halloween spirit with a mix of creepy and cute movie offerings.
Halloween Movies in the Park
Where: Main Street Pocket Park
When: Oct. 28, 7 p.m.
Hosted by the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, the first screening of “Hocus Pocus” was scary fun with BYO snacks and blankets. And though the next movie title has yet to be announced, we’re already there. More here. Update: The screening will be of Jordan Peele’s “Get Out.”
“The Wolf Man” & “The Invisible Man” Double Feature
Where: Regal UA Breckenridge
When: Oct. 30, 1 p.m.
There’s nothing like a good ol’ creature feature, and these back-to-back classics from 1941 and 1933 will leave you howling for more. More here.
“The Addams Family”

Equal parts creepy and kooky, bring your family out to watch Halloween’s favorite family. And while you’re there, hit the food trucks and get in on some trunk-or-treating. More here.

When: Wednesdays and Fridays in October
Halloween’s all about scares and surprises, right? Test your spooky might at these mystery horror screenings, meaning you won’t know what you’re seeing until it starts. Tickets are just $5 and you can get an Icee and popcorn for another $5. More here.
