Where to Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Little Rock

Little Rock may not have a Times Square to drop the ball on New Year’s Eve, but we’re pretty sure these parties are almost as good. Probably better, actually. I mean, who wants to stand out in the freezing cold packed between thousands of people for hours? Yeah no thanks, we’ll take a classy, warm, indoor party with champagne any day of the week. Here are your options.

The Party at Little Rock Marriott, 3 Statehouse Plaza, Little Rock. The Marriott’s 21+ party will have entertainment all night long — including Boom! Kinetic, Rodney Block and VJ/DJ G-Force. The party is set for 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. but if you plan on staying the night, the Marriott has room packages starting at $239, which includes two tickets to the party. You can purchase advance general admission tickets for $50 or general Admission tickets will be available the on New Year’s Eve from 5-7 p.m. for $60 at the Little Rock Marriott’s main entrance. 

Heritage Grille Steak & Fin, located within the Little Rock Marriott, will be offering a special New Year’s Eve dinner at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for $150 per person, which includes a New Year’s Eve party ticket, a pre fixed dinner, one glass of champagne, tax and gratuities.

New Year’s Eve Celebration at Cache Restaurant, 425 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock. Cache is offering a prix fixe dinner with seating options at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person, and include entry into the party upstairs beginning at 9 p.m. Alcohol is not included in the ticket price. Tickets for just the party, featuring DJ Sleepy Genius and DJ Xavier Riley, are $50 and include light hors d’oeuvres and champagne toast at midnight.

1970s-Themed Celebration at Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro, 17711 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock. Want to get a little funky on New Year’s Eve? Ya Ya’s is the place to go because costumes are encouraged at this 1970s party. The night will include live music from the Buh Jones Band, party favors and of course a midnight champagne toast. New Year’s Eve at The Joint, 301 Main St., Suite 102, North Little Rock. The party starts at 8 p.m. at The Joint. The original comedy, “A Fertle Holiday,” will keep you rolling as you enjoy a catered meal of chicken penne pasta, garlic bread and more from Two Sisters. After the show, enjoy complimentary champagne and live music by The Main Thing. Tickets are $55 per person and reservations are required. “Downton Abbey” New Year’s Eve Celebration at The Empress of Little Rock, 2120 Louisiana St., Little Rock. Following tradition, The Empress will have it’s “Downton Abbey” celebration, complete with a gourmet scattered meal, paired with complimentary wines. The event, which begins at 8 p.m., includes dancing, entertainment and a champagne toast at midnight. It is a black-tie event with period attire requested but not required. Amasa Hines at South on Main, 1304 Main St., Little Rock. Amasa Hines is a five piece, Little Rock-based band whose influences come from a diverse range of Soul, Afro-Beat, Psychedelic, Blues, Dub, and Indie Rock stylings. Before the concert starts at 10 p.m., enjoy dinner at South on Main. A.W. Lin’s Star Wars Theme Party17717 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock. If “The Force Awakens” still has you in jedi-mode, this is the party for you. Join other Star Wars fanatics for a themed party where costumes are encouraged. The fun goes from 8 p.m.-12:30 a.m. and there’s no entry fee – just pay for your meal like you would any other night. New Year’s at Del Frisco’s Grille, 17707 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock. Celebrate New Year’s Eve (their first in Little Rock!) at the Grille with a special entree: $42 16 oz. prime rib and mashed potatoes. The full menu will be available as well.
