What Cereal Should AAC Serve at ‘Schoolhouse on the Rocks’?

This is what dreams are made of, folks.

As the Arkansas Arts Center’s Children’s Theatre is gearing up for “Schoolhouse Rock Live!” (the nostalga-packed show that includes favorites like “Just a Bill,” “Conjunction Junction,” and “Interplanet Janet”), we’re getting ready for the singalong performance for grownups called “Schoolhouse on the Rocks.”

On Thursday, March 10, the AAC event will include themed drinks like “Lolly Lolly Loblolly” root beer floats with your choice alcoholic or non-alcoholic root beer and featuring the likes of Loblolly Creamery, of course.

Perhaps most importantly, there will also be a milk and cereal bar. But how is the AAC supposed to choose which bowls of sugary perfection to serve? That’s where you come in.

Head over to our Facebook page to nominate what cereals to serve at “Schoolhouse on the Rocks.” The most-suggested cereals will be there on March 10 for you to indulge in. Plus, one lucky commenter will win two tickets to the March 10 event. God speed.

The eats begin at 6 p.m. with showtime at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 for members, $20 for non-members and include the reception and show. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here
