The Women’s Foundation of Arkansas officially launched the inaugural Tjuana Byrd Summer Internship Program with a welcome reception at the home of Judge Tjuana Byrd. The 10-week program was created as an opportunity for college-aged women of color pursuing careers in STEAM fields to gain real world experience, build a professional network and access a diverse college-to-career pipeline.
