WFA Tjuana Byrd Internship Program Welcome Reception

The Women’s Foundation of Arkansas held a welcome reception for its fourth annual Tjuana Byrd Summer Internship Program, which will support nine interns from around the state. The 10-week program, named after WFA’s first black president the Honorable Tjuana Byrd Manning, was created as an opportunity for college-aged women of color pursuing careers in STEAM fields to gain real world experience, build a professional network and access a diverse college-to-career pipeline.
