The Women’s Foundation of Arkansas held a cocktail reception for supporters to honor its work for women and girls across the state. Hosted by Kay Kelley Arnold, the evening featured delectable hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and plenty of conversations about the organization’s past, present and future.
