Friends and family of Susan Hickingbotham, the newly-announced 2019 Woman of the Year for Women & Children First, gathered at the Capital Hotel Mezzanine to celebrate the news. The party was hosted by Natalie and Win Rockefeller, Rachel and Buddy Harding, Cathy and Hank Browne and Herren, Hayden and Christian Hickingbotham. WCF will host its annual Woman of the Year gala on Feb. 16.
