The Wakarusa Music Festival has released the full schedule of musical acts for its 11th annual gathering near Ozark in northwest Arkansas.
The festival is like a modern-day Woodstock, bringing together music lovers and artists at a multi-day event. Wakarusa takes place on Mulberry Mountain, surrounded by the Ozark National Forest.
Festival-goers enjoy music and camping over a four-day period. More than 150 musical acts and 200 sets of music are seen on six stages.
This year’s festival is set for June 5-8.
Acts set for the main stage include Michael Franti, STS9, Adventure Club, The Flaming Lips, the Infected Mushroom FUNGASAMONGUS, The String Cheese Incident, BASSNECTAR, Umphrey’s McGee and Claude VonStroke. For a full listing of scheduled performances, click here.
Music is not the only thing you get at Wakarusa. There are plenty of activities to go around.
That includes the Technaflora’s Costume Contest and Parade, daily yoga, the STL Hoop Club’s Hoop & Flow Workshop, the Waka Wheel and music workshops, among many other activities. For a full rundown, click here.
General admission passes start at $109 for a two-day pass. Full-event general admission passes are $194. For all ticket information, including VIP passes, camping and vehicle passes, and Wakarusa “Glamping,” click here.
