From formal and elegant to casual and relaxed, Little Rock is full of great date night dining establishments. Here are a few of the best places to celebrate the most romantic day of the year.
Boulevard Bread Company:
Boulevard in the Heights is offering a special four-course Valentine’s Day dinner. On the menu: Cheese plate with house pork terrine; shaved artichoke heart and fennel salad with endive, micro greens and lemon vinaigrette or creamy roasted garlic soup with basil oil; grilled peppercorn encrusted petite filet and lobster tail with ricotta mushroom ravioli, spinach and a lemon beurre blanc. An assortment of desserts is offered including a chocolate raspberry mousse with white chocolate and fresh raspberries.

SO Restaurant:
A prix-fixe four-course menu is planned for $99 per couple. Executive chef Jared Hickman is offering a variety of choices including baked brie with apples and almonds, soup and salad, grilled lobster tail, a coffee crusted filet and chocolate tarte with ganache. Click here to view full menu.

1620 Savoy:
With a casually elegant atmosphere, 1620 is a warm and cozy option. The restaurant is planning a special Valentine’s Day menu and will finalize details at the end of the week. Visit the restaurant’s website here to stay posted.

Brave New Restaurant:
With a gorgeous view and a relaxed atmosphere, Brave New Restaurant is a must for a special evening. Featuring perennial favorites such as trout stuffed with crabmeat and spinach, pine nut encrusted salmon and veal, it’s a spot that never disappoints. Be sure to ask about daily specials. We love the sea scallops.

Terry’s Restaurant:
The French inspired restaurant at Terry’s Finer Foods will offer a special prix-fixe menu on Valentine’s Day with five courses for $95 per person. On Chef Jeffrey Moore’s menu: Shaved cauliflower salad with grapefruit vinaigrette, Antarctic butterfish, roasted veal, and a champagne poached pear. Click here to view full menu. Capers:
The popular west Little Rock eatery is still finalizing its Valentine’s Day specials and will also be offering favorites from its regular menu such as the crawfish and crab cakes, parmesan-encrusted walleye, and the bacon wrapped shrimp with andouille goat cheese grit cakes. The Capital Bar & Grill:
A local steadfast favorite, CBG is offering a special three-course menu to celebrate the day of love. For $48, there are several options to choose from including the smoked trout summer roll with pistachio sauce, braised smoke pork belly and bacon ice cream. That’s right, bacon ice cream. We’re in.

D.A.M. Night Out:
The Market Street Cinema is hosting an event called D.A.M. Night out (Dinner and a movie) this Valentine’s Day from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will include a screening of the romantic movie “Tortilla Soup.” A seven-course dinner inspired by the movie will include Ensalada de Nopalitos (nopales salad), Sopa de Tortilla (tortilla soup), Capirotada (Mexican bread pudding), Panchuos (Yucatan stuffed tortillas), Rellenos Tomates Cereza (stuffed cherry tomatoes), Platanos Fritos (fried plantains) and Puerco Espin Galletas (porcupine cookies). Solfood catering is providing the food and needs at least 30 bookings for the event. Tickets are $33 per person or $53 per couple.
