Dr. Michael and Elizabeth Birrer are the latest to join the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute family at UAMS as Michael steps in as the new director. A reception was hosted by Cindy and Chip Murphy and Natalie and Win Rockefeller to welcome the couple as guests got a chance to get to know the Birrers and enjoy hors d’oeuvres.
