UALR’s Alumni Association presented “Taste of New Orleans” at the Bailey Alumni and Friends Center. Guests enjoyed traditional gumbo, red beans and rice and specialties like andouille sausage and Creole mustard, crabmeat beignets, muffuletta salad and bread pudding. Louisiana’s own Abita Beer and wine were also on the menu. The Happy Tymes Band provided entertainment.
