Sales & Marketing Executives International Arkansas (SMEI) honored J. French Hill, CEO of Delta Trust & Bank, as the 46th Top Manager of the Year. Hill was roasted and toasted at a dinner held at the DoubleTree Hotel. Roasters and toasters included Gay White, Fred McClure and Bill Worthen. Proceeds from the dinner benefited the SMEI scholarship program.
