Dr. Tracy Baltz, a native of Pocahontas, earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agriculture from the University of Arkansas before pursuing medicine. He completed his medical degree, internship and ophthalmology residency at UAMS. Board-certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Baltz practices comprehensive ophthalmology, providing routine eye exams and surgical care for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes-related eye disease, eyelid disorders and strabismus.
