Dr. Russell Burks, a central Arkansas native, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas and earned his medical degree from UAMS, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the renowned Dean McGee Eye Institute and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
