Dr. Abeer Washington’s journey in mental health began with a divine vision to create a compassionate space where healing and faith intersect. As a board-certified psychiatrist, she directs the Rice Clinic on a foundation of Christian principles: to treat every patient with compassion and empathy, providing supportive care rooted in her faith.
Washington is a staunch advocate for a healthy lifestyle and passionate about fitness and wellness. Active in her community and professional organizations, she is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
Throughout her career, Washington has received numerous accolades, including Little Rock Soirée Top Docs, AY Magazine’s Most Intriguing Women, the John H. Johnson Award and Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40. She is dedicated to providing faith-based care that transforms lives.
