About me: I was raised in Fort Smith, attended the University of Arkansas and moved to south Arkansas where I have been fortunate to work my way up from entry-level accountant to EVP and chief financial officer and leader of the fuels organization at Murphy USA. I’ve never seen a challenge I didn’t believe I could overcome and thrive in situations requiring focus, creativity, resilience and determination. I appreciate the collective power of teamwork and am dedicated to fostering collaboration, promoting inclusion and driving positive change. My outside interests reflect my passions for supporting strong companies with Arkansas roots, hunting, fishing, the outdoors and all things Razorback. As a lifelong, proud Arkansan, I love this state and am committed to making a positive impact.

Best Career Advice: Have patience. If you have a goal, and are focused and determined to succeed despite adversity, chaos and challenge, you will. It may not happen in the time frame you thought or the exact route you planned, but you will succeed. The beautiful is coming!
Lesson Learned the Hard Way: Go slow to go fast. Over time, I’ve learned to curb my bias for action and pause first to reflect and plan. This helps me consider options, anticipate roadblocks and identify unintended consequences. While it may initially feel too passive, it ultimately leads to more efficient and effective action later.
What Keeps Me Motivated: I have longer term goals both personally and professionally. I value continuous learning and improvement and continue to seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I love the challenge of waking up and wondering, “What unexpected thing is going to happen today?” Put simply, I am just not finished.
