Three Fold Noodles and Dumpling Co. Now Open

A few months ago, we told you about Three Fold Noodles and Dumpling Co., the new restaurant moving into Your Mama’s Good Food’s old space on Center St., and how we couldn’t stop drooling over their Instagram feed.

Well, today is the day, folks. They’ve been available for take-out only for about a week now, but no longer. Three Fold is officially (soft) open for business and our drool is completely warranted.

The fast casual, non-Americanized restaurant pulls influences from all over China with incredible results, if we do say so ourselves. We got to stop in for a preview last week and sufficiently gorged ourselves on turkey dumplings, noodle bowls and taro chips. We were so excited, the only food photo we could manage was of our empty plates and we’re not even sorry about it. For a look at the menu, click here.

Aside from the eats, Three Fold’s atmosphere is just eye candy. Clean white tile and exposed brick surround reclaimed wooden tables and chairs, with a giant vault door left over from a bank that used to inhabit the spot.

Long story long, go check it out. You’ll find them at 215 Center St. from 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m. You know where we’ll be.
