The Rep Represented Well (Dear Soiree)

I hope you will forgive me for sending an email “thank you” as opposed to my normal handwritten notes. I was afraid I couldn’t fit it all in a note card.

As I told you this summer when we spoke, I was extremely honored and flattered that you wanted to feature me on the cover of the December issue of Soirée. But to be honest, I probably would not have done it for any other reason than for The Rep. I was a little nervous and apprehensive even though you assured me that it would be great and your staff would take care of everything.

You were absolutely right. Your staff took care of everything, and they were wonderful to me! Amber Brewer is amazing and you are so fortunate to have her as your art director. She and the photographer, Jason Masters, were extremely patient given that they were working with an amateur. The hair and makeup artist, Cassie Francioni, is truly a miracle worker and talented artist. Amanda Morgan conveyed exactly what I had hoped for in the article…to focus on the staff and talent at The Rep as well as the fine organization that I believe in so strongly. Ashley James has been very supportive, professional and kind in all interactions I have had with her. I am sure you know this, but you have developed a fabulous staff of extremely talented people, and I commend you for that.

I appreciate all you do for The Rep and for the focus of Saints & Sinners in your December issue. The commitment you make to support the arts and other non-profit organizations in the community is invaluable.

Thank you for a fun and exciting experience and for all you do!

Fondly,

Aubrey Nixon
