The Rep Announces 40th Season Lineup

On March 2, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre announced its 2015-2016 season lineup, and it is chock-full of Tony Award-winning experiences. The MainStage productions starting in September mark The Rep’s 40th anniversary season, proving things only get bigger and brighter over the hill.

“Our 40th Season reflects all that we do best and defines who we are as a theatre company,” said Producing Artistic Director Bob Hupp in a press release. “The new season is an eclectic body of work: from a world premiere to renowned new plays and musicals, to family entertainment and Shakespeare. The 40th season embodies our past, our present and our future. It is a celebration of great stories that capture the imagination and lift our spirits.”

The Rep also released videos of Hupp giving short synopses of each show, and subsequently teasing us all relentlessly.
