Two of our favorite Little Rock staples are teaming up and we couldn’t be happier. The Arkansas Heart Hospital’s Food From the Heart food truck will be slinging their crowd-pleasing ramen at The Rail Yard every Wednesday afternoon from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you’re not familiar with Food From the Heart, it’s the brainchild of Chef Coby Smith who was asked to take a trip to Japan to learn as much as he could about traditional ramen food by the Arkansas Heart Hospital’s Dr. Bruce Murphy. The food truck has created quite the buzz and was even featured on a “CBS This Morning” segment.
