These days we’re used to looking for silver linings, but this is an actual ray of sunshine.
Raduno Brick Oven & Barroom‘s summer menu highlights fresh, local produce featured in classic dishes and new favorite flavors.
“I’m so excited to be showcasing the local farmers that Arkansas has to offer,” head chef Cash Ashley says. “So much amazing produce right now — best tomatoes in America, in my opinion — comes from Barnhill Orchards, and we strongly partner with them. They also supply our zucchini, yellow squash, peaches and berries, just to name a few items.
“I want to bring the best of what Arkansas farmers have to offer to the table here at Raduno.”
