Food truck lovers, rejoice!
You no longer have to wait for the “official” food truck season delegated by Mother Nature (boo, weather), because now, there’s The Food Truck Stop @ Station 801.
Located at the corner of 8th and Chester streets, customers can now enjoy their favorite food trucks year-round at the new indoor dining hall. There’s seating, restrooms, flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and plenty of parking.
The Food Truck Stop will host up to six trucks a day, Monday-Friday. For the opening week, the lineup includes Hot Rod Wieners, Rick’s Beignets, Stevie’s Fish and Chicken, Jackie’s Mobile Café, Red River BBQ and Fish, Southern Salt and Loblolly Creamery.
To sweeten the deal, our old friends at Brown Sugar Bake Shop have opened up an express location in the same space.
The Food Truck Stop @ Station 801 opens Tuesday, Jan. 19. Hours of operation are 11 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
