Nash Law Firm is not a large firm where clients get lost in the shuffle. This team is committed to building strong relationships with clients, focusing on the issues that matter most to them and their loved ones, including estate planning, probate law, elder law, Medicaid planning and real estate transactions.
Attorneys Mary Nash, Ben Williamson and Mason Gates share a common passion: serving and protecting the legal needs of Arkansas families and businesses. They love what they do, and everyone can benefit from their support. They like to say, “If you have a dollar and two relatives, you need to do some estate planning.”
Nash, the leader of the firm, began her legal career in 1976 after graduating from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She previously earned a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida Atlantic University. After law school, she obtained a post-doctoral legal master’s degree (LL.M.) in international finance from Georgetown University.
She has practiced in elder law and estate planning for more than 40 years, creating thousands of revocable, irrevocable and special needs trusts. Nash has also handled numerous guardianships and regularly counsels families on protecting assets and qualifying for Medicaid.
She is the author of three books on estate planning, including the most recent, “Greed Made Me Do It! Legal Ways and Other Ways to Minimize Greed in Your Family.” She is licensed in Arkansas, Florida and Colorado and currently resides in Maumelle, Arkansas, with her dog and No. 1 pupalegal, Bear.
