The Centers Classic Golf Tournament is a Hole-in-One for the Community

The 31st Annual Centers Classic Golf Tournament is kicking off next week at the Pleasant Valley Country Club. Tee off is at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Oct. 11.

This tradition uses the competition to provide for a healthier community. The event will feature a raffle, tournament games, team photos, a player’s tee gift and awards ceremony.

Last year’s tournament raised more than $93,000 for children in the community. This year’s tournament is hosted by The Foundation at Centers for Youth and Families.

The Centers for Youth & Families is designed to meet the unique and evolving needs of individuals by provding comprehensive, integrated care that promotes physical, emotional and social wellness for all.

The programs addresses specific areas such as socially and emotionally challenged and at-risk youth, children with learning differences, runaway and homeless youth, expecting and new parents, pregnant and parenting teens, foster families and victims of human trafficking.
