Tee Off at Little Rock on the Links Golf Tournament

This annual tourney is back and flying under a new banner.

Formerly known as Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind, the new Industries for the Blind (IFB) Solutions will host its annual Little Rock on the Links Golf Tournament on Monday, May 8, at the Pleasant Valley Country Club.

More than just another golf tournament, Little Rock on the Links brings a unique element to the table: a feature called Putting in the Dark. This allows players to experience playing golf while wearing glasses that simulate blindness, relying solely on auditory guidance as they putt, before tournament play begins.

With facilities across the country, IFB Solutions is the largest employer of people who are blind or visually impaired in the U.S. Proceeds from Little Rock on the Links will help support IFB’s programs and services in Little Rock.

Registration for the four-person scramble opens at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start kicking off the tourney at 12:30 p.m. You can also skip the line and register online or call (870) 489-2481.
